Exhibition Information

 

The exhibition, which runs in parallel to the conference, gives the opportunity to companies, publishers, research institutes, universities and consortia of projects to show their products, books, prototypes and research results related to speech science and technology. All booths are assigned on a first-paid, first-served basis.

Exhibit Benefits

Each Booth Includes:

  • 7’ high draped back wall and 3’ high draped side walls
  • One 5 amp/120 volt power outlet (Additional power can be purchased)
  • One line 44”x7” identification sign
  • One skirted 6 foot table with 2 side chairs and a waste basket (per 100 square feet)
  • Listing in the Exhibitor Guide which includes your website address and a 50-word description of your organization (if received by June 30, 2016)
  • 2 Booth Representative badges. The badge includes entrance to the tradeshow area and breaks in the tradeshow.

 
Additional representative badges are available for $100.00 per representative.
